Assistant Manager/ Manager - Ops & Admin, National University Heart Centre, Singapore

The Challenges


You will drive/lead and implement strategic plan, undertake development projects, business planning and assist in general administration including financial and budgeting, preparation, submission and monitoring of operations key performance indicators, continuously improve service quality level and perform coordinating roles with associated business units. You are expected to possess proven leadership quality and management competency to drive and coordinate the broad spectrum of assigned units' administration to be in line with NUHCS strategic directions. In addition, as the Reporting Officer of an assigned unit's administrative team, you are required to have oversight on general administration and HR matters pertaining to the unit.


You should be an independent and self-driven individual with a passion for healthcare, and is keen to take up evolving opportunities provided to develop your career in healthcare management.



The Requirements


  • Degree in Science/ Business/ Engineering preferred with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Those with exposure to financial areas and practical knowledge of hospital operations, project management and corporate planning have an added advantage.
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in MS office applications and a flair for numbers are essential prerequisites.
  • Meticulous and analytical, possess excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Driven, passionate and service minded.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
