The Challenges
As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for providing high quality ultrasound imaging service to patients in a prompt and professional manner. You will perform clinical imaging duties in ultrasound as well as oversee the smooth operations of the ultrasound section and ensure proper usage and care of equipment of the section at all times. You are expected to deliver accurate and speedy imaging outputs at all times. In addition to that, you are required to produce desired results effectively within given duration and allocated resources and ensure efficient patient turnaround time per examination.
The Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (UK) or advanced diploma in Sonography or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in clinical ultrasound
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Customer service oriented
- Prior experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecological Ultrasound will be an advantage
