Mr Roy Quek
Deputy Secretary (Health Policy), Ministry of Health Adviser to the National Population Secretariat in the Prime Minister’s Office
Mr Roy Quek is Deputy Secretary (Health Policy) in the Ministry of Health and concurrently Adviser to the National Population Secretariat in the Prime Minister’s Office.
Prior to these appointments, he was in the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports. He is a member of the National Charity Council and Singapore Youth Olympic Games Community Outreach Committee. He also sits on the boards of St. Joseph’s Institution International School, Alexandra Health Pte. Ltd., Jurong Health Services Pte. Ltd., Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprise and Singapore Institute of Applied Technology.
Mr Quek received his education at Peking University (Master’s in Public Administration), London School of Economics and Political Science (BSc Econs), Hwa Chong Junior College (A-levels), St Joseph’s Institution (O-levels) and St Anthony’s Boys’ School (PSLE).
